"As far back as I can remember things were always the same. I would wake in my room and the people would come and get me out. They would let me play and visit with the others. Each of us different animals. Like I am a mouse, and there was a fox, cat, rabbit and so on. Well, I am also a girl but not everyone was a girl some of us were boys. I do not know how I came to be. I do not know who my mother or father is. All I have ever known was the people. These people were not like us they were human. They always had on white coats. They had things with them always watching always taking notes. When they took us alone we knew what that meant. It would mean sitting on that table cold as they poked at us. Sometimes with sharp things to take out blood and other times the sharp things had things in them. Some days I would wake up and one of the others would not be there. But no one would tell us where they went. So we stopped asking, every day was like that. Together time, eating time and poking time. This was normal this was life for not just me but everyone else there. And this was what I thought life would always be like. But today was different, I just did not know it yet."

 

"A trip to the bathroom somehow got me to a new world. It was confusing at first I thought I was having some kind of strange dream. But found out after a few hours it was not that. Another girl named Hope came to me. And she took me in letting me borrow her owl friend Tink. I learned the room and the bar and food here. And hope started to teach me how to read and write. She is wonderful and my best friend here! Oh and Tink to can't forget him. I love them both every day was kind of the same. Going with Hope and learning, watching her work and eating and sleeping. That was till I met a dragon named Grey. I did not know he was a dragon at first. But the more time we spent together the more I wanted to be with him. he got me a locket necklace that I always wear. I have these feelings for him and think of him as my special person. Not just that but he is my dragon knight as well!"

 

"One night I asked to stay with him in his room. And the next morning he took to a knee and asked me to make a pack with him. He explained to me where he was from even though it was rare creatures like him could enter an agreement with others. I took his hand and agreed to do it with him. Saying I would ever be at his side. And he said he would always protect me. We are now in this deal with each other. And I am very happy. I look forward to each new day with him!"

 

"We found out we were going to have twins! And things were good but they did not stay that way. What was once happy started to turn sour and fights began to happen. Not seeing eye to eye and finally Grey left me. I almost lost the twins. I left the city for a while to be brought back due to an assassin threat. That turned out to not be real. Now free (was once locked up to be kept safe) I am now in my own home. It is a four bedroom and I even have a new roommate. He works on clocks and is a good cook. It is nice to not be alone anymore. And to be making friends again like the old times. Bezel may have lost everything (long story) but at least we have our growing friendship to help us both." 

 

"All alone I went to the hospital and had my twins. One girl who I named Emmeryn and one boy I named Abraxas. The doctors having lab coats was a bad reminder of where I came from. I didn't want to leave my children alone with anyone working there. So I would not let them take my babies without me being there. And that meant little sleep. Two days after I gave birth I checked out and headed home. The others have been busy so I have been doing this on my own. Sleep seems to be a thing of the past now. And as days, and weeks go by without hearing from people that I used to call good friends. I wonder if I really had friends, to begin with."
